Mr Vlado Krusic is a theatre director and drama pedagogue. He holds an MA degree from the Theatre Directing Department at the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art, Croatia. In the 70s and 80s he was a member of the editorial staff of Prolog and Novi Prolog, the most important theatre magazine in Croatia. In 1988, he became the Head of the Educational Department of the Zagreb Youth Theatre, the most important institution for drama and theatre work with children and youth in Croatia. In 1996, he initiated the Foundation of the Croatian Centre for Drama Education (Croatian Centre IDEA). He conceived and guided workshops in acting, directing, clowning, speech, group creation, mask work, drama teaching etc. for over twenty years. He is an Actual President of the General Meeting Committee of IDEA.

Vlado Krusic先生是一名克羅地亞劇場導演兼話劇導師。他於1988年出任克羅地亞最重要的兒童及青年戲劇中心 -- Zagreb 青年劇團的教育部主任。1996年創辦克羅地亞戲劇教育基金會，亦即IDEA的克羅地亞分部。Krusic先生目前是IDEA常務會議委員會的主席。
