Parents – Create a child by 7 and you have created a person for life?
Parenthood taught me that creativity is multi-faceted. Many factors contribute to creative individuals – formal and informal, innate and acquired. Early childhood is a critical part of developing creative individuals.
How can we encourage all parents to value creativity, to accept the challenge of unleashing the formal boundaries through play and other techniques. What role can formal organisations like the British Council play in re-defining the boundaries for parents and encouraging the child at 7 to be creative for life?
