SYNOPSIS

Since the period of Enlightenment “Creativity” was seen as a divine gift from God or was placed within the artist himself.

Nowadays, more and more philosophers state that the source of Creativity cannot be placed any longer within the individual human being himself, but in-between human beings: thus, in the communication between people. Their identities are heavily influenced by the new communication means in daily live and by virtual worlds: mobile phones – traffic possibilities - mobile homes – chat boxes and webcams via internet etc. People switch easily from one role to another with the effect of “plural”, “hybrid”, “multi” and “layered” identities.
Thus, creativity nowadays focuses on INTER-relations:

INTERculturality - INTERdisciplinarity - INTER-ESSE (literally to be translated as: “Existing–in-between”.

Together with the participants of this Summit I would like to formulate the characteristics of this INTER-creativity and what consequences we can draw for our work in Theatre/Art & Education.

簡介

現今很多哲學家都指出創意不再是出自個人的,更多的創意活動是來自人與人之間的溝通。而溝通又很受新的電訊技術如手機、網上聊天室影響,以至每個人都擁有及在多重身份之間游走。「之間」的跨越關係非常重要。筆者希望和與會人士探討跨越式的創意活動。
