Arts education inspires creative interpretation of contemporary art culture
Nowadays children and young people live in an intense artistic environment – drama, dance, visual art penetrates into our lives through television, internet, computer games, music culture, and etc. Art education is crucially important to help young people to respond to, perceive, evaluate, and analyze this flow of art, and their artistic perception enables them to participate fully, meeting the needs of a man in the abundance of contemporary art culture.
Creativity developed in a process of art education is necessary for today as well as for the future life since only the creative perception of one’s environment enables young people to make their own decisions today and in the future.
Young people have to be educated creatively not for some distant and vague artistic future but to take part actively in today’s life and find their relationship with the kinds of today’s artistic culture.
No balanced personality could be nurtured without fostering artistic culture of young people, or without stimulating their artistic expression and creativity.
