The Sprocket is a funky musical vehicle of Noridan that features a 2nd story junk drum kit, trash marimba and thongaphone, and various tuned percussive discoveries. The driver is situated in the centre surrounded by 8 performers, with a few of them in the air whirling around like a helicopter blade. Astoundingly, the Sprocket is powered solely by human energy. Audience will follow this wonder of a contraption in a roving procession along the plaza.

Founded in 2004, as part of a major big project at Haja Center, Korea, with a motto “we play, imagine and recycle”, Noridan is an ecological music performance group that merges music, dance, mime and sports. In their performances, a sonic playground is created by a marvellous percussion/melodious orchestra. With their strong message of recycling, all of Noridan’s instruments are designed and made by using industrial and domestic recycled materials. Noridan is a company aimed at creating public surplus by integrating the arts, education and employment.

環保．活力音樂會所演奏的前衛自製鏈輪樂器 - 是一組高兩層樓的鼓，這套鼓包括利用廢物改裝成的馬林巴琴和澳洲土笛以及不同音調的敲擊器。位置中央的是駕駛者，圍繞著駕駛者是其他八位表演者，當中幾個人又在空中盤旋，尤如直昇機扇葉。出奇的是，「鏈輪樂器」完全是由人力推動。這個生動玩意在場地上巡遊，使觀眾目不暇給。

Noridan於2004年組成，當年屬韓國Haja中心一個大型項目的一部份。它的座右銘是「玩樂、想像和循環再用」。Noridan這個環保樂團結合音樂、舞蹈、默劇及運動。他們表演時，其美妙的敲擊與音韻奏出一個音樂大花園。樂團有著強烈的環保訊息，Noridan的所有樂器都是自己創製的，並以工業及家居循環再用物料製造。Noridan樂團的使命是融合藝術、教育及就業機會創造公有資本。
